 Rome wasn’t built in a day and recipes weren’t written without ingredients. The simplest of products and the richest of flavours. After all, authentic Italian dishes are simpler than you think.  The better the ingredients, the better it tastes. It’s simple.

 The Italian cuisine, we’re all familiar with it. But being in Italy shows you that you’ve been eating your food in the wrong order.  The Italians are obsessed with digestion. Hence why a true Italian would never drink coffee with milk or eat salad as a starter.  Because what many of you might not know is that salad isn’t considered an appetizer in the Italian cuisine. Italians will eat their salads after the meal as the roughage aids digestion and dressing is very simple; extra virgin olive oil and vinegar is all you need.
