Right beside picturesque Broadway Market, along Regent’s Canal lies Tuyo, a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant in East London. My favourite area of the city because of it’s diversity of restaurants and pop up stores.    The minute I walk into Tuyo, I feel very welcomed. ‘Take a seat, have a glass, feel at home!’ Immediately I feel welcomed by the owners warmth and hospitality and within one hour Ricardo Pimentel - the chef behind all the delicious dishes - has created some of his specialties and filled up my table with the entire menu. From pinchos, tapas, cocktails, wines to Tuyo’s bigger dishes. Sweet, sour, salty and spicy. Ingredients are used in a very unashamedly way and I love it. A little taste of absolutely everything.  ‘Tuyo!’ Or as we would say in English ‘all yours!’
